User Licence
The Royal Mail PAF® Licence requires that all those using data for internal purposes, i.e. Intranet, CRM, Sage, etc, must pay a Licence fee Per User. All you need to do is buy the required number of Licences then select how many Credits you wish to purchase. Your credits are valid for as long as you have a valid licence and licences are valid for a year from date of purchase.

You simply buy the number of licences you need and then sign up for a pay as you go Web Service credit bundle. The credit packs can therefore be used both internally within your organisation and externally on a public facing website. There is no need to have separate credit bundles. You can also use a single credit pack across multiple user licenses, so you simply pay for what you use.

It's easy to use ePostcode.com Web Services, if you're using credits purely on a public facing website then you only need to purchase a 'Pay as you go' credit bundle. If you intend to use the credits both internally, for example a call centre or within an office environment, and externally, you need to purchase a credit bundle, as below, and the appropriate number of user licenses OR purchase the Internal Pay as you Go credit packs; similarly if you are using the credits only internally then you need to purchase a 'pay as you go' credit bundle and the appropriate number of user licenses OR on of the Internal Pay as you Go Credit packs. With ePostcode, you can use a single credit pack across multiple user licenses, so you simply pay for what you use.
