Service and Infrastructure

In order to provide a world class service to our customers, Etellect partners with IOmart and uses its state of the art data centres to provide a reliable cloud based infrastructure.


We understand that our clients require a reliable, secure and responsive Web Service application and our hosting platform has been engineered to provide full 24/7 availability, scalability and guaranteed accessibility.

In the unlikely event of our Primary Infrastructure experiencing a problem, a backup service is provided to ensure the Web Service can always be accessible at any time. This backup service can be found at http://ws2.epostcode.com  . All the web services available at http://ws.epostcode.com are mirrored on the backup service.  It may be necessary to setup your application to be able to switch to calling the backup service in the event of a primary infrastructure failure.
