Pricing and Licencing

ePostcode.com has been developed to meet the address management requirement of any size of business. There is no complicated pricing structure, you simply pay for the number of lookups on the PAF database.

ePostcode pricing structure is simple and transparent; the bigger the credit bundle purchased the more you will save on the cost per lookup.

It's easy to use ePostcode.com Web Services, if you're using credits purely on a public facing website then you only need to purchase a credit bundle. If you intend to use the credits both internally, for example a call centre or within an office environment, and externally, you need to purchase a credit bundle, as below, and the appropriate number of user licenses; similarly if you are using the credits only internally then you need to purchase a credit bundle and the appropriate number of user licenses. You can use a single credit pack across multiple user licenses, so you simply pay for what you use.

ePostcode operates on a straightforward credit system:

Nearest Data Functions	1 Credit for every 5 returned**
Geographic Functions	1 Credit
Get Address	1 Credit
* - These functions are used in conjunction with the Get Address Functions. Searching uses 0 credits, it is only when you return the address you want that a credit is used. If you do not click on a specific address after calling a search web service, then you can perform 5 searches, after which a credit will be used. ** - The nearest data function is charged on the number of records returned from a specific search. If you wish to find the nearest 5 addresses from a specific postcode, you can upload as many postcodes to match against as required, along with the number of 'nearest' postcodes to be returned. If you return the nearest 5 addresses you will be charged 1 credit. If you ask for upto 10 to be returned you would be charged 2 credits, etc.

A number of credit packs are available to purchase instantly online. Credits are valid for 1 year from time of purchase.
